Enhancing Competence and Preparing New Talents, EFK Started the “Sekolah Manajer Proyek” Program

The Sekolah Manajer Proyek (SMP) learning program designed for Perwira has been officially released by PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK). The SMP training program with introduction materials was conducted in Jakarta on June 8 and 9, 2023.

Selected Perwira participated in the SMP program to receive training. Additionally, the participants are scheduled for training sessions twice monthly for six months.

 SMP attempts to optimize Perwira EFK's potential in creating excellent human resources. Participants in the SMP are anticipated to complete this agenda with the highest quality qualifications required for advancement to leadership positions at EFK. In particular, as a project manager.

 The first topic on the agenda for the SMP was a presentation on HSSE Leadership by VP HSSE PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) Ramon Arias Pili as a speaker for the training class materials.

 "I appreciate EFK for running this SMP program because this is also an opportunity to be able to discuss and provide awareness regarding HSSE directly to prospective leaders at EFK and even the Elnusa Group in achieving the targets set by the company." Ramon said.

Following HSSE Leadership, SMP participants will also learn about other key company aspects, such as project management, business processes, finance for non-finance, presentation skills, and leadership. The series of materials that have been prepared can prepare SMP participants to fulfill their competence as project manager, which can be measured by three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitude.

Director of EFK Ari Wijaya intends to develop each trainee's leadership qualities through this SMP program. Additionally, this curriculum would result in talented Perwira EFK that are knowledgeable and uphold the EFK work culture.
